Post Surgery Update #1

We were finally given the OK to see Lexi around 8pm and I have to say I was wrong about her being awake and alert (That's what the doctor had told us), it's more out cold and sometimes she opens her eyes for a second.

We was nice to see her but it was also heart breaking to see her all bruised up and hooked up to so many items, but the worse thing is the tube running down her throat to help her breath.

I've added a picture, so you have an idea what I'm talking about.

Overall, she is doing great and we're hoping to have the breathing tube removed tomorrow, so we can hold her.
